Founder & CEO
Moira Noble

They say life is a journey and it is Moira’s own journey and personal life experiences that led her to create Peace at HomeCare LLC. Moira knows first-hand the frustrations and fears that accompany losing one’s independence due to illness and the constant struggle to maintain one’s dignity and purpose during these challenging times. She has a full understanding of how beneficial a little compassionate care can be to an individual whose independence has been compromised. Moira is committed to making sure that Peace at HomeCare LLC delivers compassionate and personalized care while restoring a sense of PEACE to all the individuals they serve. Moira graduated from the University of Delaware in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She moved to New York City following college and was employed in a variety of industries including advertising, finance, and industrial design. She left the workplace in 1993 to raise her three children on Long Island and kept active volunteering in her community – PTA, religious education teacher, Fresh Air Fund volunteer, and Girl Scout Leader. Moira moved her family to Fayetteville, NY in 2007 and returned to the work force as an operations manager for a Syracuse printing company. She continued her volunteer work in her new community including volunteering at the Francis House in Syracuse. Moira left her job in 2012 to continue her journey and Peace at HomeCare LLC was born. It is Moira’s vision that the services her company provides become the vehicle by which PEACE is restored to people’s lives.

Marketing Specialist
Kailey McKenna
315-530-3023 x 5
Kailey McKenna began her professional journey at Peace at HomeCare in June 2024, seeking hands-on experience in the marketing field through a summer internship. During this time, she played a key role in increasing the agency’s social media presence, identifying opportunities for Peace at HomeCare to become more engaged within the community, and contributing to the launch of a caregiver recognition program. Through these and many other initiatives, Kailey helped build a more well-rounded and impactful marketing strategy for the agency. Her dedication and strong work ethic led to the extension of her internship, and she now continues to contribute to Peace at HomeCare as a full-time employee. Kailey is a May 2025 graduate of Elon University, where she earned a dual degree in Business Analytics and Marketing, along with a minor in Finance. A dedicated Division I student-athlete, she competed on the Elon Women’s Lacrosse team while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.8, demonstrating her ability to balance high academic and athletic demands. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace. While at Elon, Kailey served as a Team IMPACT Fellow, leading initiatives to support the organization within the university community. She continues this commitment through her goal of running the 2026 Chicago Marathon in support of Team Lynn Sage, raising funds for breast cancer research. With a strong blend of analytical skills and creative thinking, Kailey is especially interested in marketing strategy and data-driven decision-making. She is excited to continue growing professionally and is committed to using her skills to best serve Peace at HomeCare, its clients, caregivers, and the broader community.
