At Peace at HomeCare, we believe care should be transparent, accessible, and convenient for every family. That’s why we provide our clients with access to Axis Care, a convenient platform that allows families to view schedules, stay connected with their care team, and communicate directly with both Peace at HomeCare and their caregivers.
How To Login
First Time (Account Activation)
New users must activate their account before logging in
1. Go to your agency's login page (16470.axiscare.com)
2. Click Activate Account
3. Enter the email address on file and click Next
4. Enter the verification code sent to that email (expires in 20 minutes)
5. If required, enter the client's Date of Birth and/or Postal Code
6. Create a password, then click Next
7. The account is now active and they'll be taken to the portal
Returning Users
1. Go to the agency's login page
2. Enter their email/username and password
3. Click Sign In
Note: The family member must first be added as a Responsible Party on the client's profile with a valid email address before they can activate their account.
