Meet Our Founder

Meet Moira Noble, Founder & CEO

For over 14 years, Moira Noble has led Peace at Homecare with resilience, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her core values. Her leadership is rooted not just in experience, but in deeply personal understanding.

Moira knows firsthand that accepting help is not always easy.

As a young mother recovering from surgery, she needed round-the-clock home care while caring for her children and household. Tasks she once managed effortlessly suddenly felt overwhelming, and accepting support during such a vulnerable time was no easy task.

“You should never be too proud to ask for help,” Moira shares.

Years later, when she got sick again, Moira chose not to seek help, and as a result, she and her teenage children felt the weight of that decision. That difficult chapter became a turning point. It opened her eyes to just how powerful compassionate, reliable care can be for families facing life’s most challenging moments.

From those experiences, Peace at Homecare was born.

Moira founded the agency with a heartfelt mission: to normalize asking for help and ensure that no individual or family ever feels alone when they need support most. Today, her vision continues to guide Peace at Homecare’s culture of dignity, empathy, and dependable care for every client and family served.

Kailey McKenna

Kailey McKenna began her professional journey at Peace at HomeCare in June 2024, seeking hands-on experience in the marketing field through a summer internship. During this time, she played a key role in increasing the agency’s social media presence, identifying opportunities for Peace at HomeCare to become more engaged within the community, and contributing to the launch of a caregiver recognition program. Through these and many other initiatives, Kailey helped build a more well-rounded and impactful marketing strategy for the agency. Her dedication and strong work ethic led to the extension of her internship, and she now continues to contribute to Peace at HomeCare as a full-time employee. A dedicated Division I student-athlete, she competed on the Elon Women’s Lacrosse team while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.8, demonstrating her ability to balance high academic and athletic demands. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the workplace. While at Elon, Kailey served as a Team IMPACT Fellow, leading initiatives to support the organization within the university community.
